Race career

Made his Cup debut at the end of 2002 at Thruxton as the driver of the UK's first ever racing van, adding circuit racing experience to that which he had gained in karts when younger

During 2003 the Caddy became a familiar, but never less than surprising, sight at Volkswagen Racing Cup events

In 2004, Wyhinny gave the new Caddy its competition debut and has been a successful and spirited competitor ever since

Ninth in championship in 2007; 13th in 2008 with a best-yet second-place race finish
