Race career

Father was a motorcycle racer in the 1960s. Started racing in 1995 in Castle Combe saloons in a Vauxhall Nova. Super Road Saloons '96/'97, Stock Hatch Championship '98, Super Coupe Cup '99-'01. Finished fifth in Class B of Volkswagen Racing Cup in 2001 and fourth in 2002 at the wheel of a Mk II Golf GTI. Took some time out of racing to concentrate on 'The Knowledge'
